PSP Update ver 2.00 Removal

:Stupid:Hi their, May seem a silly question, but on my main psp screen it shows an icon for updating to ver 2.00.

I have ver 6.20 installed.

 

I would like to remove the icon for ver 2.00 but cannot do so.

 

Is their a way of doing this ?

is it a UMD (disk) icon, under GAME section? if so, the update is on the game or film disk, not the console. eject the disk and it will disappear until that same disk is put in again, as you cant hide icons

Thanks for your help, you are correct on removing the UMD disk it disapears.
