Hi, I have just discovered my son has set up an account on his PSP for the playstation store using my card details. I have his email address but not the password as he cannot remember it. We have gone through the "forgotton your password" section but as he lied about his age, we don't know what date of birth he used so cannot re-set it. I need to cancel this account or get into it somehow to remove my card details. Please help!
