Password no longer valid on my PSP 3001

Hello,

I am trying to login to account management on my psp.  I get to the obtaining IP address screen and then it tells me it's signing in.  It loads for 30 seconds which is very long, then it says YOUR PASSWORD is NO LONGER VALID and tells me to go to https://store.playstation.com/login.gvm.

After going there I typed in my username and password and can log into the forums however we still can not log into my psp.

Can you tell me if I have been hacked or if there is a way to change or reset my password or my account.

This all came about because SOCOM Fire team Bravo 3 won't allow me to play online, coop or competitive.

Any help with these problems would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

Re: Password no longer valid on my PSP 3001

Have you checked that the password you're using for your PSP is the same one that you're using to log on here?
