Psp connection trouble

First off , i am sorry for posting in this forum because i couldent post in the support forums ( message button wasent working).Anyway , I was going to download a update , but then it said my charge level was low. I backed out and tried connecting and it wouldent let me , saying the ssid was wrong or weak. i reset my modem , it connected but then it said "an error occured during communication with the server.
This is a dns error.
(80410410) , any help , thx

charge ur psp and wen its 3 bars i think thats wen u should update
