Re: The PSPGo! Tutorial

You would have thought it would be touch screen for the price, wouldnt you?

But the answer is ......... No it isnt touch screen.

Like said above, i like having something physical for my money, im not even keen on buying download music (unless its 1 track and ill never buy their album). Sony will not lower their price of games on the store, im sure of it - they didnt for the games they have on there now so i doubt they ever will.

I have the PSP slim and lite, but i was thinking i would rather get PSP 3000, never PSP-GO.

Re: The PSPGo! Tutorial

No its not touch screen. Ive been reading alot of the reviews from you guys and I wll agree with the following:

UMD's. Anyone whos already bought these games should be able to provide proof and therefore be able to download the title (if available on the store) for free, in order to provide a replacement for Physical Media.

The Software must be developed for Mac, as here are alot of Customers using DIFFERENT operating Systems. (For Sony to be a so called competitor against Microsoft they certainly seem to love Windows :smileyfrustrated:)

The Flash drive must be able to accept bigger capacites for the likes of lots of Movies, Games and if you use them Photos and Music.

I will also agree with whoever said that they have rushed this out becasue of the DSI.

Sony you are making LOTS of mistakes with your gaming communities at the moment. Your now far beyind Playstation 2 (being one of the most sold console EVER). Your in a new era and if you dont start fixing things (ie less exclusive titles, number of titles available) Your going to loss this Console war to the dreaded Xbox. I just pray it doesnt come to that but at the moment its looking bleak!

Re: The PSPGo! Tutorial

Sony will not rush to make software compatible with Apple Macs... because Apple has been a pain in Sony's butt with MP3 (audio) and Quicktime (Movie) playback... (come to it the whole multimedia thing, Apple win all the way, Sony are just no good at it...)

M$ is has a console that annoys Sony, and Apple annoys Sony with everything else... lets face it the iPhone and iPod Touch are hitting Nintendo DS and Sony PSP big time... the only thing the PSPgo has going for it in comparison to the iPhone/Touch is a joypad/stick...

£289 buys you a 32GB ipod Touch or £250 for a 16GB PSPgo... cannot wait till September when the new iPod Touch comes out... my money is ready and waiting for Apples product...

Re: The PSPGo! Tutorial

MediaGo can back up your PSP content so all these worries about breaking your PSP games and you lose them is non-sense. As well as the back up on your PC you'll also be also be able to re-download from the store.

The prices in the store have been affected since the annoucement of the PSPgo. Alot of game proces have dropped and Ive picked out quite a good few games, Like SOCOM 2 and Buzz for 20 quid. About what Im prepaired to pay unless its a must habve title for me ie new Wipeout.

Im looking forward to getting a PSPgo as I wont have to carry my games around with me any more. Ive currently got a 16GB m2 card sat in my PSP-1000 and its coping rather well it all the stuff Im downloading.

Re: The PSPGo! Tutorial

This is a real dissapointment. i thought you would have to be able to download YOUR umd games onto the go. be it seems as though sony didnt think about the exsisting people who own a psp. this was created for a more over 18 person who hasnt already got one. it may have some good fetures, but price.....£230?

id rather by a 360 and few games. and pay for the live.

what good features, have I missed something... it does less than a regular PSP (UMD is missing for a start)... even the next iPod Touch will beat the PSPgo to a pulp..

Re: The PSPGo! Tutorial

i heard there willbe bluetooth. good idea. but from the umd part i ment, cause they taken out the umd drive, you should be able to download your games onto it. but it seems as if you cant know.

sony should figure out a system that allows you to download your umd games onto your console.

Re: The PSPGo! Tutorial

I would buy this PSP although, its nothing special and the asking price is way to much just for a psp that is gucci'd up!
