Welcome Back Package

Hello,

 

I am new in forums and i logged in here cos i ve got a strange problem. I was on holidays and yesterday i tried to find the welcome back package for my psp but i cant find in latest on the PS Store either in Service list. I got my account since 2007.

And Before the offer i couldnt see my welcome back package
