how could i activate my psp go and iam in uae and it always says the serial and the model number is not correct

Did you import it? Model numbers are country specific and it won't let you activate an import.  Sony don't support imported consoles  anywhere

did you purchase the PSP Go from the Official Sony store, or did you get it from one of those little game stores in a mall or something?
If you got it from the Official Sony World stores you shouldnt have any problems. However those little game stores usually sell imported goods.
