to op: of course it's illegal. imagine the bill payer had a crappy download limit of 1gig a month or something, you decide to link up your psp and download some demos. If they used 950 mb for the month and thought 'i wont download any more' and you download 70 mb of demos they will get charged a fortune, it is basically theft with an element of fraud.
