quick question seeking a quick answer please

i just want to know if the psp 3000 and the psp vita (when i buy one of course =3) are able to play the psp mini games? i noticed when i was messing around with the psp games folders that there is a psp minis folder but does that mean that i can download and play them?

minis i believe can be played on the vita. Currently they work on all models of PSP and the PS3
