You need to be signed into the account the games were downloaded on. so games u got can only be played when ur account is active on the console

The last account that i had, i forgot the password so i made a new account but it sais that i cant sign in and the last account wasnt mine it was my fathers but he forgot it a loooong time ago he even forgot that he even made an account so WHAT DO I DO!!!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

regarding to this same problem, last tuesday i bought my gadget with free 10 games, but when its time to redeem the code i have to use the account of the store to start downloading. what about my account is it now useless? i cant even play my games anymore with my account. is there anything  that i can do?

Dude... nothing opens when i press Triangle on account management i really wanna use a diffrent account on this user please help >.>
