Im not, i go back to the main screen and go onto the playstation networks drop down menu thingy and i click on the account managment. Then it askes me to sign in. So it cant be that. Iv tried logging into the sub-account there, and in game when it askes to sign in, but it keepscoming up with:
"you cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID (e-mail address)."
(btw, when ever i do go to sign in, it comes up with the master account information and pass already there and i can sign in then, but when ever i change it to the sub account sign-in ID and the password, it dosent work)

I have this problem to. After a took my PSP to a mates house (who I cant seem to track down, hes lives in another town), it had a different email for my psn account and resistance online sign in. However, it DOESN'T work when I sign in with it. So I tried putting my own account info in, and it says "you cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID (e-mail address)".
I need some help please.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I went to a friend's house and he used my PSP to log onto his account when I had never done it myself (never even set up an account). Then when I tried to do it myself, and I set up an account using my computer, I couldn't log on from my PSP because all I got was this error message. I wasted hours struggling with it. I am really ANGRY with my friend because I told him not to use my PSP on the internet.
I put the error message into Google and this thread was the top hit. I did what you said and the problem is solved! HOORAY!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Royston 99, you are a saviour!
