MP4 Audio Sync Issues

I got my PSP3000 this week - just waiting for my memory stick to turn up. In the mean time I had planned to convert some DVDs to MP4 for playback on the PSP.

I use DVD Shrink and PSP Video 9 to rip then convert the files. All seems to work fine until I play them back - the audio and video is out of sync! I haven't even tried them on the PSP yet.

I have read around the web and find that this seems to be a wide spread problem for DVD-MP4 conversion. Most software appears to generate the same reults and tech help sites and forums launch into ridiculously complicated rants on how to solve this problem.

Can someone please help with a definitive answer for DVD-MP4/PSP conversion?

I don't even mind paying for the software - but it seems that this should be so much easier!!!!

Re: MP4 Audio Sync Issues

you have an issue with the conversion process i assume its the program useing the small ammount of ram you probally have very inefficient. solutions are either get more ram or use better conversion program (one of the paid ones are useally eaisly cracked)

THE best package out there! No sync issues and it converts a 2 hour DVD in around 40-50 minutes on my PC!

PLUS, as it supports multiple file formats, you can convert DVD's/Video Files to be played on the PS3 and mobile phones too!!!

(if you use the AVC codec within the program, you can use the FULL PSP video resolution too - 480x272 - so no more upscaling required!)
