When trying to use Media Go for the first time in a while it is giving me the following message

- Media Go Video Playback Engine

In order to download, transfer or display video or comic content from the store, you must

first perform a software update

Then failed to download 'sdkupdate.exe from URL 'http://bus.mediago.us/bus/get_update?cf=0.0.1=1.5.304'

Can anyone help?

I really need this working by the end of the week iv tried uninstalling completly and reinstalling also uninstall and download latest from media go and install with no joy same error message.

Iv tried downloading the update through the web browser then opening it with media go that also does not work.

This is a little embarrassing but I didnt think that turning my internet security off would help but as it turns out with it off the update worked.

did you just turn off your firewall or what because I am having the same problem and I am about to freak out

What happened to playback engine. I just downloaded Media Go 2 but cant download engine yet.

Same problem...

uninstallig media go an inslatalling again didn't work

playing with regedit didn't work

System restore didn't work...

i am starting ti think that they need to realese media go 3

and i'm seriusly going to change my psp video transcripter, music library. untill i find a solution for this.

Hi I just solve it I had to deactivate my antivirus while media go download the file. Hope this work for you guys.
