Moving content of Memory Stick?

Due to lack of space, I will probably replace my 16 GB Memory Stick with a 32 GB. Can I copy the content of the Memory Stick to my computer and then just transfer it to the new Memory Stick? Or must I install games, music and videos again using Media Go?

Yes, you can freely copy stuff to your PC and back again. I do it all the time and haven't had any problems.

As a second opinion as well Yes Yo Can.

I just copied all my stuff encluding purchases and game saves flawlessly. I recomend first formatting the new Memory Stick using the psp first. Then when you copy everything just overwrite the duplicate folders.
