When is official dynamic themes coming to PSP?

Dynamic themes on PS3 are getting more popular. Why isn't there official dynamic themes for PSP yet? I see there's plenty of dynamic themes for unofficial firmware, so it seems quite possible. Is it in the works or is it not happening in the near future?
