Everytime I try to download music from windows media player the file downloads to my psp but ther is no music on my psp how do I fix this problem

Try using Apollo http://www.dalsoft.co.uk to save your music from your windows media library to psp.

If you sync'd your psp with media player it generally doesnt put the music in the psp's music folder, you have to move them manualy in explorer.

Maybe that is your problem.

I used to use media player to sync with my psp that way quite happily untill i upgraded to media player 11 & now it doesnt detect the psp as a device to sync with, anyone know how to solve that?

its a common problem with media 11 but i don't know how to fix thta lol i have the same problem maybe micrsoft jsut took the compatibily off
