Connecting a PS2 to a monitor

Is it possible to connect a PS2 to a computer monitor ?

I have a spare 4:3 monitor with a simple 15-pin D connector and I was wondering if I could use it (somehow) with my PS2 :Confused:

i was wondering this exact same question the other day.

VGA adaptor.

do you mean a Component to VGA adaptor ?

... would that acually send a picture from your PS2 to your monitor?

.. would you get any jaggies playing through a monitor?

No idea never had one I just know a VGA adaptor is what he/she needs and a nice interweb search should find what he/she wants.

As for jaggy edges as a monitor is high def with a faster refreash rate you would have more jaggery bits then on a standard tv.
