I bought a sound card adapter (shown below) and it wont work in my ps2...i was playing socom us navy seals and it jus didnt work!!...i had it my audio jacks plugged in all the way..i swaped the USB ports it was in and it still didnt work.. the sound card is a 2.0 to 5.1..if anyone could help me that would be great..

also it came with no install disk....it was jus plug and play..

That will not work with your PS2.

If you wish to use surround sound with it, I would suggest buying a speaker/amp package with an optical input as the PS2 already has a perfectly usable optical out connector on the back.

I'm not trying to make a surround sound thing...im just trying to make my analog headset to a usb one so i dont needa spend 30 bucks on a new pair.

Id spend the thirty  its better than trying to fix it. anyway did you buy it preowned if you did it was probly just faulty
