for both the PS3 and X360
direct link to a little larger resoloution trailer than the previous link...
I know this news, is what i have been waiting for.... But, somehow i do not think, this is what i expected.
So i am hoping, they have stayed with the "Arcade Flight Simulation" style .. otherwise i think that, i will stick with "HAWX" & "HAWX 2" as i like this style of gameplay more than the "Arcade style" route (etc... Afterburner ).

hope this is good if you ask me namcos games
have become very stale in general.
they are playing it safe with sequels rather than
releasing new ips. (which personally I think they need)
Really would have liked Frame City Killer to have seen
the light of day. That game looked kewl .

I've put up with Hawx Story line becuase of this
The previous Ace Combats gave you optional controls of
Pitch ("Nose Up or Down")
Roll ( "Left or Right )
and Yaw (Left and Right Rudder Controls, not in the same way as Roll but, in a way similar to steering a Car )
and had a optional "Cockpit Veiw".
And the trailer makes it looks like, it dosen't have in Cockpit Veiw during gameplay and makes it, look like it follows after the Afterburner (how do i describe this??? ) Controlability.
From what i have seen of these two video's of "Tom clancy's:Hawx 2" gave me some confidence that they have done these options in there game, eventhough i was worried abut the exact same thing with the trailer for HAWX 2 ( Ubisoft Youtube link ):
The last bit of Gameply looks Awesome.
HAWX 2 Demo - IGN Live E3 2010
although it is in german "i think???"
Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 - 7 minutes of pure gameplay plus screenshots:
and If those things are Quick Time Events (i think they are called)...
I don't think, it would be the first time it would be used for a Air Combat type game as, there was a game called "Heatseeker" ( on PS2 ) wiched used "or something similar" .
Although, the QTE was ok the "Poor Controlability" , "Poor Graphic's" and lack of "Cockpit Veiw" (i could be wrong, with this one as, i can't remember ) made it less enjoyable and becuase of this, i did not play it much, even when i was playing my PS2 more often.
But, I like that they Added Helicopters...
I am hoping, it is mostly Attack Choppers (etc... Apache , Comanche)
or i hoping they have ..

After Constanly watching the trailer i am starting to be ok with it
but, Hawx2 will still be prefered, if it dose follow the Afterburner style gameplay.

I am not worried about the Visuals...
as, the Ace Combat Series has always been "a bit more, at least " Satisfactory in that regard.

Looks good, always been a fan of the flight sims for console. Just playing through hawx with my flightsitick . Pretty good experience
The Hawx 2 Demo comes out on the 16th on 360 and 17th on ps3. Sounds like a sleeping pill to me, but hey, each to their own.
