Cut and paste from the bottom of the page........ Note it also state that you can ONLY submit one application..... I will be waiting for official announcement of the PS3 beta recruitment.

The Fine Print

*	The current tester recruitment is for the Windows version of the FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Test only. Details regarding recruitment for the PlayStation 3 version will be released at a later date.
*	The game to be tested is under development, and may differ significantly from the commercial release.
*	Applicants may apply only once. Repeat submissions from an individual will invalidate all of that individual’s applications.
*	Inquiries regarding the selection process and/or its results will not be answered.

*	Application contents cannot be changed once submitted.

Still it isnt a bad idea to keep it in mind that mentioning you are interested in it could inevitably lead to a PS3 beta position in the near future. I applied first day they were open (About 30 minutes after it was publically announced) and been eagerly checking my email ever since.
