Skyrim - Shalidors Insights Quest Glitch

I have got the book and gone back to the college but when I speak to Urag, he replies with "Do you think Ancano knew all along what the eye was capable of?" and no dialogue options comes up to speak about the book, he just keep repeating that same sentence.

 

Any help appreiciated thanks.

It's a bugged quest unfortunately. If you happen to have a save from before you started the quest you could try reloading it and having another go, but other than that I haven't seen any solutions. Hopefully the upcoming patch will fix it.
