Bioshock 2 Sinclair solutions DLC - worth it?

Anyone know if it is worth getting this DLC before you reach level 40?

 

I am currently at level 35, some stories claim that some of the content is only unlocked after level 41, some claim everything is unlocked after level 40.

If I cant benefit until I have already reached level 40 then I probably wont bother buying it.

I was planning on getting it ... BUT ..... unfortunately im liking Badcompany 2 to much ...

Theres a decent amount of stuff in there. I'd say its worth it... Its just a shame the game its for is abit crappy online.
