Just downloaded the trailer from PSN. Does anyone think that it looks distinctly average, considering the developers have been saying that it will 'push graphical boundaries'?

Killzone 2 looked 10 times better from a visual POV at at the same stage Crysis 2 is at now. And compared to the original, it looks very next gen (grey).

Not to say that it wont be great, but I was slightly disappointed with the first impression trailer.

well its just a cutscene..still havent seen any gameplay videos... i dont expect it to look like Crysis on PC but according to Ign,after playing the xbox version, said its one of the prettiest games for console

i thought the way the human faces were rendered looked average

but everything else looked pretty cool !

think we'll all notice the difference when we play the game

with the atmospheric, real-time lighting, destructible environments and realistic AI, 

it will be hugely immersive

i remember seeing the original cod4 trailer and thinking it looked a bit crap compared to the hype..

but when i played it, was blown away

im sure crysis2 will be a new benchmark for consoles

I actually really liked the trailer. Not sure what to expect graphically on the consoles Vs PC. I remember them saying that it will be visually better on the next gen consoles a while back but I'm not too sure now.

My question is, will you be getting it on PC or PS3/360?

lol after ign played it on xbox they said it was 1 of the prettiest games on the console? well....... in fairness....... the part 'played on xbox' tells quite a bit ^^
