Limited Edition Contents:

The Deadly Assassin Outfit - John marston's "deadly assassin" outfit causes your dead eye meter to regenerate at twice the speed. With more dead eye, you have more time to place each shot with total accuracy, making you the deadliest gunslinger in any fight.
The War Horse - There are countless horses to be found in the massive world of red dead redemption, but none is stronger, faster or tougher than the exclusive war horse. Whether storming gang hideouts, exploring the wilderness for hidden treasure, or outrunning the law, the war horse gives gunslingers an advantage in nearly every situation.
The Golden Guns Weapon Pack - The player who wields the exclusive golden guns receives more fame for each kill. The more fame you get, the more in-game side missions become available. So there will be more opportunities to duel, more kidnapped townsfolk to rescue and you can bribe lawmen for less.
The Soundtrack - More details will be revealed about the red dead redemption soundtrack very soon.

sounds ok though i'd prefer it if there was more actual stuff come with it than dlc but i spose i'll have too wait until they unveil it properly i guess.

Rockstar will be heavily eating into my paycheck these next too months, Episodes this month and Red Dead Redemption next month, I'm hoping to lasso some other players and drag them around the map but I hope you can also play poker with your friends too.

The biggest mistake Rockstar made in GTA IV was disabling minigames like pool and bowling in multiplayer.

While i have pre ordered this i am slightly worried about whether the ps3 version will be a lower than 720p res, inferior framerate to the 360 version a la gtaiv. All the vids so far have been of the 360 version, the ps3 version has not been seen. Suspicious?

gta iv was sub 720p on ps3 so i dont see why this also couldnt be the same. if you have information which confirms this not to be the case please enlighten me.

I think its highly unlikely RDR will be sub 720p, I think you need to prove this as the case and not the other way around.

I can't prove this to be the case or not, that's the point of my post i am trying to find out. Rockstar make that very difficult when nobody has seen any footage of the ps3 version yet. Only 4 weeks till release. Doesn't that strike anyone else as strange?

I can however prove that the ps3 version of gtaiv was rendered at sub720p.

As read the ps3 is natively rendered sub720p and then upscaled. for me this was noticeable between the 2 versions (i dont own an x360 but have friends that do so yes i have seen and played both). the other thing that bothered me was the poor framerate on the ps3. Hell, even my 5year old pc could run gtaiv better and at higher res!

So, i am trying to find info, one way or the other on whether RDR will get the same poor treatment. If so, preorder cancelled.
