Level 6
I'll answer the easy ones first to get you started and I'll add replies for the others later.
The Works - Is a 3 hit combo between you and your partner, you hit the enemy first (With a melee attack towards Sheva, she hits the enemy with a melee attack back towards you and you land the killer blow with a third melee attack.
Very hard to do with Sheva being computer controlled because it's hard to get her to stand either side of an enemy with you and is much easier playing co-op with a human but it is possible.
Equip Sheva with no weapons and then get to the area with all the large shipping containers. When you get to the open area with the dogs, fat guy and a few other Manjinis kill everything aside from the fat guy, instruct Sheva to go into 'Attack mode' and she'll stand a little way away from you, stun the fat guy (Riot prod is best) then hit him with the first melee attack (Uppercut), Sheva will knock him back towards you with a roundhouse and you hit him the third time with the killer blow.
As I said though, with Sheva being computer controlled this one is more luck than skill. Far easier to use two humans.

Go into the light -In the caves, remember those annoying spiders which like to jump on your face? Throw a flash grenade at a group of them as they're weak against them and it's always a one hit kill.
Level 6
Who do you trust - Whenever Sheva gives you ammo or you request it from her quickly press circle so that Chris thanks her. Eventually you'll get the trophy for simply being polite

Ride the lightning - Just before you meet the first chainsaw guy, stand back from the stairs leading to him, look up and to the left and you'll see a telegraph pole. Shoot the box at the top and it'll fall down. Trigger the chainsaw guys arrival and whenever you get the chance shoot the fallen box whenever any enemy is close to it and they'll be electrocuted. Kill one Manjini this way to get the trophy.

Heart stopper - Later in the game you'll meet an old enemy, Lickers from Resident Evil 2. Shoot one until it lays on it's back (but not dead) run up to it and melee it. This will be a stab attack and will net you the trophy.
Level 6
Be the knife - A lot of people find this one hard but I didn't for some reason. Again, in the area with the shipping container 'Maze' climb the ladder so you're on top of the containers and can see the guy with the crossbow. Face him, knife ready and swipe one of his crossbow bolts. You have to get the timing right and for me facing towards the floor slightly was far more likely to get the trophy than it you were looking directly at him.

Masters of removing - Is earned by simply playing part of the story mode. I won't say more as it will spoil part of the game for you. Just know that you get this trophy for simply passing part of the story mode.

Egg on your face - Rotten eggs are dropped later in the game by Manjinis. Collect them and put them away as it's easier to get the trophy by throwing one at the weaker enemies early in the game. Simply equip it as you would a gun, press R1 and throw it at a Manjini with R2. If you kill him with it you get the trophy.
Level 6
Crowd control - You won't be able to get this one until you've been through the game at least once. You need to fully upgrade the VZ61 machine gun first and then the Gattling gun will appear in the shop. It's expensive though (50,000 credits) and only Chris can use it.
Once you've bought it, restart Chapter 1 with it equipped and start killing Manjinis, you'll soon earn the trophy.
