Hey guys and gals could anyone give me some tips on catching a tuna on Yakuza 3, its really hard my line either snaps or the fish gets away

you just gotta really take your time with it, even if that means letting it out further than you've just reeled it in from

It can take anywhere from 5 mins to about 20 mins.

Cheers Stu it seems whenever I catch a tuna in the 150 mark the line pretty much seems to snap straight away lol

heres an old post I did on it. Best thing is to pull rod left or right rather than up or down

Thanks for that do you have to hold down R1 or L1 or just keep pressing them?

I stop R1 ing when the meter thing goes Orange.

I move rod in the direction fish is going and reel in slack till orange, fish usually changes direction then, so I change rod direction and start reeling again when its back to yellow or green.
You just gotta take your time really, I still haven't caught a tuna yet

nothing more annoying tho than losing it when your at 10 feet to go cos you get too excited and reel in to hard

I never been able to get it past 100 metres yet lol

Wow I just caught my first ever.....piece of coral oh well im just happy Ive got the hang of it now!
