Its the same as with the X-Men Origins Wolverine game, the wii version was a port to the ps2 version and it appears to have happened again.

The only rational way of thinking is its a cheap way to bring highly anticipated games to the chosen consoles, but having such appaling graphics for the wii makes the wii seem a poor console that cant not match top quality games and then before you know it, much like the gamecube the nintendo wii will fade into obscurity.

this exclusivity thing sony have for the game in europe, does that apply to the wii version as well?

because argos were advertising the wii version this weekend, and the 360 version oddly enough.

both listed as being released on the 19th i think it was.

i can see people who don't read up on games sites and that, 99% of wii owners for one, being very annoyed come friday when they go to get their game. 

just had a look, their website says november 09.

Im sure the NTSC version of the game for 360 isnt region locked, so, if Sony paid for this exclusivity, if theirs enough smart 360 owners, it may backfire. Not sure about playing online with it though over Live.

I don't see that backfiring on Sony at all. It would more of less hurt the 360 sales when the game releases in Europe other than hurt the sales on PS3.

i don't think it'll hurt sony that much that they paid for the exclusive time for ghostbusters only for the 360 to be region free. there's more chance that it'll hurt our economy as people will have to import it from the states. must admit though how many people apart from those who read forums/mags etc to know it's region free. i wouldn't expect many kids or their parents to know it's region free because i only found out through this forum.

Yeah ring me and get charged a one off fee of 79p and then 29p a min while I keep you on the line looking for the number you want then give you the wrong one so you have to ring me back lol. But if anyone wants the theme tune for your phone just PM your email and I'll send you it.
