Its not that retro sounds are better lol, but when you playing a game that your suppose to play with the original retro music and sounds, it just wont be the same with your own music really.

Re: sonic mega drive ultimate collction has custom music

Oooh really? Anyone heard of the site OCremix and all the mixes of old game tunes there? Some of the ones for the SEGA games in the collection would be worth trying out with custom soundtrack!!

Games I own: Afrika, Assassin's Creed, Eye, of Judgement, FIFA '08, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue: Spec. III, Heavenly Sword, MotorStorm, Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest For Booty, SEGA Mega Drive Collection, Shaun White Snowboarding, Silent Hill: Homecoming, SOCOM: Confrontation, Street Fighter IV, WipeOut HD....and more!

Re: sonic mega drive ultimate collction has custom music

Keep seeing this game/collection in Asda for 23 quid, im always a little tempted at that price, but then i remember that i have most of the games on it on an emulator for pc. Must resist temptation to buy anything new!

Re: sonic mega drive ultimate collction has custom music

I've got a lot of the games in this collection on my actual Mega Drive (which I still have) but that didn't stop me from buying this collection as soon as I could afford to. :smileyvery-happy:
