Well for me, it all depends on which you want the most: a better single player experience or a better multiplayer?
If its single player i would say Uncharted 2 but for multiplayer then CoD MW2 wins hands down. I know Uncharted will feature multiplayer but I doubt it will be anywhere near as good as CoD MW2.
Personally, im gonna get both but if I had to choose, i'd go for CoD MW 2.
