...ok ok whats the good points that i can use like can you download pictures and stuff from your PC yet or anything like that. Thanx guys

The Getaway was working in the last update.
Going to download this new update shortly. Sounds like a lot has changed and this update looks to be a good one. All I need now is an HDTV to make the most of it all.
No - would freeze when you got so far in 1.6, and was totally unsupported on 1.7 (not even in the BC list - maybe you mean Black Monday?).
Is anything still *not* working in 1.8?
