Been in  contact with a class action suit attorney throughout the week. He's been putting in time with researching the problem, called Sony as an customer with this issue to gauge their response, and has continued to relay his findings to me prior to filing.  Making sure we get our ducks in a row, he encouraged me to tell all of you to make some major noise on every forum and comment section of every ps3 news, review, and preview section of every game site you frequent. 

For comments in these PS3 stories, title your comment :

We are in the process of suing Sony

and paste this into the body of the comment.:

"Some of you may have had your PS3 system bricked by update/virus 3.56 from Sony. So have hundreds of others. Read about it on the Sony forums here: http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/Technical-Support-Help-Advice/System-Update-3-56-Data-Corrupt...

We are currently preparing a class action lawsuit against Sony. A petition will be available on that forum and Facebook shortly. Stay tuned."

Email every editor of every print and online game magazine you can find. Lead them to this issue and this site so everyone affected will know where to go to get info on the class action suit petition.

The more people we have ready when the paper work is filed and the more noise we make about the issue now, the faster Sony will get what they deserve when damages are due. Don't worry about if Sony post a fix soon. The 2 weeks of damage has already been done, and they have continued to profit from repair costs and new console sales by not issuing a public statement after the issues occurred or issuing a disclaimer prior to posting versions 1 or 2 of 3.56. 

Sony has been sued before for the 3.0 update for the exact same reason. I'll be contacting that attorney on Monday for more information.

- Bans PS3 non-legit gamers on Call of Duty Black Ops

- Blocks some of homebrew content from working on a PS3 with 3.56 fw.

Jailbreak and CFW's still work online to this day, that shows how much Sony cares.

They're more interested in suing people than their own system's protection.

Suing = fail

Unprotected = fail

obviously not. Suing is a public affair, working on protection is a private fair. its quite obvious sony have teams working on another firmware to try combat what is going on...

The lawsuits won't go anywhere nor will it make sure for Sony to win the case.

Almost all of the hackers are anonymous, they just use nicknames on the internet.
