All saved data on PS3 Deleted

I turned on my PS3 today and a message came up saying that i had to re-format my hard drive, the only option was to click ok, so i did. it then restarted, I set an error report to sony. I then found out all may data has been deleted!!!!!! i need a customer support e-mail and advice!!!

Did you not take any backups at all?

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 2 PS3s and 3 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore?
