Already waited 3 months for my prize to arrive

As the title states, I've won that Ape Escape competition back in July and I've received only the Ape Escape disc and the t-shirt so far. The PS3 and Move haven't arrived yet. I hope they're just hanging at the Customs Office (if it was sent from Channel Ilds.)

 

What should I do? Contact Sony and request a tracking number?

Thanks for the help in advance and sorry for my English, for it's not quite stellar

If you don't have the details to contact the competition organisers, I would contact Sony customer service. Worth a punt.
