so....your admitting you have a US account which is against the T&Cs of Sonys user agreement......?

Not strictly true, for instance he may be a US citezen who moved here, which would entitle him to have, or at least had US account, but though it is against t+cs, i am kinda sure sony don't really persue this as a major offence, besides how many times have sony broken laws, ie taking money for content but not delivering it till weeks even months after it was promised.. ie payday, renegade ops, the misold xmas minis debacle, and many, many other 'similar' examples, i am Still waiting for my promised RE4 avatars from Last year, not sure what country your from, but here in GB theres a important law regards consumer acts, missold and non delivered goods, seems like sonys lawers can defeat/ignore this, So i doubt they'd be petty enough to care about US accounts,  .. btw, US store 'usually' goes live around 1am, GB time, though has been known to be earlier/later
