Arc the Lad (Playstation plus)

Downloaded Arc the Lad from playstation plus today.

Says it has installed but when go back to the menu it hasn't and when you hit the icon it reinstalls again, never ending loop for this.

It has an american flag on the icon, has the incorrect version been uploaded on the the Aussie Playstation Stores?
