Black shadow lines.

My playstation 3 for a while has been genrating random horizontal black lines. They vary is size and mostly happen when the playstation has recently been turned on. Its happend on 3 different tv's, resonably oldish. I just want to make sure its not my playstation being funny. Still under warrenty. They flash across the tv and some what stop after a while of playing but can have the odd one after a while. 

 

Please help some what getting worried. It's my baby and has lived through Christchurch's 3 major earthquakes. Even survived having a big Xbox land on it.
