Since 4.00, I've found various pieces prompt text missing from trophy related menus. Specifically, syncing via the trophy icon, and individual trophy descriptions.

Now I've tried asking/telling Sony about this, but as usual, customer support isn't helping. So I've come on here for two reasons: 1) to ask if anyone else is seeing this bug, and 2) ask how I can report bugs to Sony.

go to system settings and change back to english (american)

since 4.0 there are various issues regarding the english (uk) language settings

Go to system settings and change the system language setting to English(US) the new English(UK) dictionary language introduced in 4.0 is broken hopefully its sorted in the next update.
