Do a manual save in the game.

 

Copy the save game to a USB stick.

 

Go on your PC and goto: http://www.burnoutteamrocks.com/

 

Upload your saved game and it will tell you what you have missed!

I had the same predicament. Check on the I-88 as it's the only place that has 2 events on one junction (1 for either direction)
