ok i have COD 4 know i want the download the new maps, i dont have a credit card any othere way to get them or should i throw in the towel

As far as i am aware Cod 4 does not have any extra missions to buy, extra maps yes but no missions... So maybe that's your problem?

Downloadable missions? Do you mean downloadable maps? Anyway, you can use a debit card.
