cant be your debit card, as thats the same as mine and im also with Natwest, and ive had no problems.

To add or change you card details, go to your online name (under the friends list) and the press triangle, i think its triangle!!! 

Your get the info bar come up, then select account managment. When that loads, a list will come up and one of them is edit or add card details or along the lines of that.

COB 4 There are no extra missions just multiplayer maps.
