Cable connecting problems

Hello people out there , could anyone help me how to connect my PS3 on my Sony Home Cinema wich is a little bit old and it hasn`t got any USB or HDMI cable connection , but it dose have 2 choises for optical cable connection. What could i do ???

Use optical if you can't use HDMI, they're the only two options for surround sound in the PS3.

get an audio optical cable and connect it to your ps3 and your surrounds system and adjust the settings in the ps3 for optical and thats u ..up n running
