Yeah i can download it now if i pay for it. The way that the Rockstar pass is worded though made it sound that you would get any further content for free as long as you had the pass.

It says:-

"The LA Noire Rockstar Pass includes access to all the following; The broderick dectective suit, the sharpshooter detective suit, the badge pursuit challenge, the naked city vice case, a slip of the tongue traffic case, nicholson electroplating arson case and reefer madness vice case. Individual items will become available to download when released. visit the ingame store to access the content" 

I am gonna do the same as you SYL and not bother getting it, and i doubt i will buy another pass similar again from PSN, as when i bought the game i got the naked city case free, the reason i bought the pass was the underlined part of my post, cause i thought you would get the other cases when they were released.

Oh well you live and learn.

I think by not buying this case if you thought it should have been part of the Pass is absolutely the correct course of action.

However, knowing that the Consul's Car case originally was not planned to come to the EU I am just pleased that it is on the Store at all.

I have downloaded and played it and am not dissatisfied.

It's ironic that given that I have a lot less disposable income these days, I am even less bothered about £3.19.

Rent, car tax, council tax, electric, petrol, etc., etc. £3.19 seems like a drop in the ocean, compared to all that.
