I have a mate who tells me he his current user i.d. is no longer valid due to inappropriate comments made via Play Station Network. He has no idea why this has happened, but in any case, he has now changed his i.d., and is back on-line again.
However, he has lost all his 'add-ons' (purchased through PS Store) and even saved game-data.
Is there anything he can do to get this back without buying the stuff again, and having to play all the games from scratch again?
Hope someone can help!
thanks,
SuperPalace

I don't believe there is a way fellow Palace supporter, it'll all be tied to the banned account.
Is he sure the ban is permanent?

nice to know there's a few of us Palace supporters out there! I'm not sure if his ban is permanent, but i'll be seeing him shortly, so he'll tell me then.
thanks for your quick reply,
have a good weekend!
....and cheers to 3pts for the Eagles today (though probably not, as we'll no doubt have a weekened side in view of next Tuesdays match).

There is a way around it for the stuff that has been downloaded from the PSN Store.
Say you have 2 accounts - User 1 (old account) and User 2 (new account)
User 1 downloads the files from the store and installs them onto the hard drive.
(as long as the User 1 stays on the user list the downloads will remain active)
User 2 logs in and then can use the downloaded content
This is what i have done with my old account LmS-Paradox and my new account Paradox1791. for example my download of inFamous was downloaded from PSN with the LmS-Paradox account because i have left the account on the playstation my new one still has access to the Game.
This may not work due to the old account been banned/suspended. If hes already deleted the content then he wont be able to get it back because he wont be able to download it again with him not been able to sign into the old account.
As for the game saves they are locked to the user account and there is no way to change that.
