hi my six axis controller what came with my 60gb is getting a bit old and stiff (analogue keys), its time to buy a new controller, but i want to get the best deal, are there any good places to buy the controller?
If they still sell six axis, i'm happy to buy one of those

Your joking right? I got a Twin pack Sixaxis for £30 from Gamestaion online... so look about. As for dualshock 3's i'm on my third now.... So upto you.

DS3s are far better than Sixaxis controllers and worth the extra cash for me.
The feel a lot better because of the weight and the strength of the buttons, it feels a lot better quality than the sixaxis controllers. Neither my Sixaxis or DS3 has broken since I got them, I can't understand how they will break unless you throw them at a wall or constantly drop it.

Yeh maybe if you buy them seperately, they might of been built more recently, if you do a google theres quite a few people complaining about the strength of the controller that came with the 60gb. I just need a new one, i'll check gamestation.

Never once dropped my DS3's or threw them at walls, i just used them briefly and looked after them (i still have pads from ps1, snes etc... that work today). As i was using them they suddenly just started to make my view on screen (FPS game) spin. I just think the original sixaxis and DS3 are shoddily made.
