Hey gamers, maybe some one out there could tell me if anything happens in the way of punishment to those we report for cheating or offensive language or is it a simple slap on the hand like the real world. I'm so sick and tired of playing against player that cant be killed or seem to know exactly where you are on the maps ( modern warfare 3 hardcore ) It really spoils what is a awsome game. let me know if you have any info. Be good guys.:

Sony do not run the servers for any of the Call of Duty games, and therefore have no authority to do anything about the players on those servers. You want to talk to Activision, who run and administer the servers.

Also note that the Call of Duty games use a peer-to-peer system where one of the players acts as the host, and the servers are for matchmaking only. They cannot monitor what happens in-game, and therefore cannot tell if anyone is cheating or behaving badly, let alone police it.

What Renze said and on top of that there are alot of other games out there worth playing.

And remember its a game after all and if your getting that frustrated with it, then maybe its time to take a break from it.

Most gamers take the games too seriously, its  a game.

You know I don't normally correct grammar because it's very rude but you're a moderator so:

but anyhow I disagree with your opinion. It's not about taking games too seriously. A game is not a good game if you can't enjoy it.

Maybe they are superior players. It happens.

There are alot of reasons why people know where you are all the time, from pot luck to a really good understanding of the spawn system,

Havent you had those games that no matter where you go or what you do, enemies pop up in favourable conditions for you and you benefit? Then you have the games where no matter which way you turn there is someone shooting you before you see them??

Swings and round-abouts.

Some people just assume that someone is cheating because they are beating them. I was playing a private match with 2 of my mates last night on the new maps, sniper only. I am a terrible sniper, and both these guys are good and have a K/D of 2.5+ (I am only a 1.90) but I was able to go on a 11 kill streak on them, and were taking them out all over the place.

It happens.
