Rage or Battlefield 3 would be my suggestion.

Yeah I have heard about rage what's it like?

It's a decent shooter looter, a little like Borderlands in a nice frock.

There's no co-op iirc and the online is limited to racing.

Just out of interest....does he have a Move & Nav controller ? Or a sharpshooter attachment ? Just an idea for something other than a game.
