Hello

I currently have my PS3 hooked up to the TV in my room via HDMI.  I would like to know if there is a way to also connect it to my 2nd Monitor on my PC so I can either play it on my TV or my second monior on my computer and if so how could I do this.  The monitor is a Dell 2408wpf.

Yes I know how to plug the PS3 into the monitor, maybe I was unclear on what I was asking.

I want to know if its possible to plug the ps3 into the PC monitor at the same time as its connected to the TV so I dont have to move the PS3 about.  So when I turn on the PS3 I can eithe rplay on the TV or on the PC monitor.

No I don't believe that is possible . Out of intrest why would you want to do that anyway ?

Oh well no worries.

Only reason Id like it is that sometimes Id rather just sit at my desk and play it on the second monitor especially when Im talking to people on skype and messing on the computer at the same time.  At the moment I have to get up (I know actually get up and move ) and go to my computer which sometimes gets annoying, so would be easier if it was just on 2nd monitor.  When im on my own though I just play on the TV.

Fair enough makes sense once explained I think lol ,, only other solution would be to purchase a second unit .

Yeh I was thinking of getting a PS3 slim to fit on my desk somewhere as my current one if one of the older larger models. 

Im actually about to build a new computer in the next month though for some of the games comming out later this year like BF3 and Skyrim.  So the second ps3 will have to go on hold abit longer.
