I was playing sandbox online coop for a few days last week and found another player within a few minutes of starting, so as for myself i havent really had to many issues in matchmaking, but i have a few problems where i joined a match and the host has kicked me, as my PP level was 8, so i guess these guys are looking for max level players to try the challenges
The dead rising 2 off the record online does work, but it looks like it is dependant on how many players there are, and other things such as NAT types for your search time, not too much i can suggest for this one, but things like using an ethernet conenction, or DMZ'ing the router may improve things
