I play more games than at any other time in my life. From my teens onward and through my twenties I had more interest in being out and about than gaming. Now I've, ahem, matured I find myself chilling with a game more often than not.
Yeah when I was a lad I was out making my own fun and gettting dirty! My dad would never alow me to sit at my Spectrum/Mega Drive all day and night! But the youth of today, even on sunny days they are stuck in playing games most of them complaining they have nothing to do!
I often tell my lad if its a nice day to get out and play or I'll turn it off. I feel a bit bad tho as I'm playing on mine att eh time XD. But I've had my youth, he hasn't ![]()

I used to get in from school/college and go on my PlayStation from 4 to 6 most days, and spend maybe 10 hours on it most weekends. Then I went to uni and managed about the same amount in 1st and 2nd year, probably about 10 hours a week in 3rd, and maybe 2 in 4th. Now that I'm working, I've gone for weeks without going on my PS3, although that may change now that I've got a few new games.

i seem to be playing more now im older (30)
when i was in my early 20's i was always out, but as i got older i got a mortgage, wife etc i now seem to be in the house more!
i always manage 1-2hours straight after work mainly because my missus does the usual cr@p, goes on her exercise bike, watches come dine with me, shower, does her hair etc lol
and friday/saturday nights are my main sessions, i can get on at 10pm and be on until im tired!
i suppose it all depends on your circumstances, im sure if/when we have kids ill have less time to game!

im 35 too, i still play games quite a lot but seem to find it harder to find games that can keep me interested for a long period of time. Not sure if thats down to games getting worse or because i've seen it all before, probably the latter.
