Was about to phone them but I just noticed this is an 0870 number. How much does is cost to ring this number? Do you have a geographic number I can phone? Because I think it's pretty unfair to charge your customers for help with a faulty PS3. My PS3 is faulty, and I have to pay you to find out why? That's not really fair is it?

Its normally cheaper after 6pm, right now if you were to call them i think its about 10p a minute.

I wrote to them. They wrote to me back with "generic response number 15". Unfortunately it had absolutely no reference to my problem.
